Stupid is as Stupid Does....shouldn't have tried to poke the guy in the eye. It will cost him a few bucks

I dunno. Was it a poke in the eye, or pointing a finger trying to get a point across?

I find it hard to believe Wilfork would just poke the guy in the eye. something had to happen. Usually they come up swinging. must have said something about his momma.

Butkus wasn't known as being a dirty player. He was known for being a tough player who hit hard but clean.

It's funny how some players who play dirty are hated or loved depending if or not they play for your team!
Rodney Harrision is a perfect example of this !
Jack Tatum is another !

I also don't consider Tatum to be a dirty player---he was much the same as Butkus. He'd try to decapitate you within the rules, and not with a cheap shot.
Most of his bad rep came off a clean hit that had tragic results
Lester Hayes and George Atkinson were much dirtier Raiders than Tatum.

It's not hatred, it's fear. Just looks like hatred. All fear does.
