Good For Firewood?
Just took up the hardwood floor in our dining room....white pine! Is it good to burn in a woodstove ya think? Could heat my shop for awhile?
Almost time to get our fish on!!!

white pine is northern pine which is softer than yellow pine which grows down south.

If the floor was treated with polyeurathane (?) it shouldn't be burned, unless you like that chenically enhanced aroma.
