Tiger in Accident

Tiger Woods seriously injured in car crash
Golfer hits fire hydrant, then tree outside his house, highway patrol says

The Florida Highway Patrol says Woods hit a fire hydrant and a tree as he pulled out of his driveway early Friday in his 2009 Cadillac sport utility vehicle.

Woods was taken to Health Central Hospital. His condition was not immediately known, though the news release said his injuries were serious.

The highway patrol says the crash is still under investigation, and charges are pending. However, the highway patrol said the crash was not alcohol-related.

Happened at 2:30AM. His wife rescued him from the vehicle with what else: a golf club breaking the rear window of the Caddy SUV.

on the other hand

if she was pushing him to the point of violence
the best thing he could have done was to just leave
before she badgered him into smacking her....

then he really would of been up the creek without a paddle
too bad his escape attempt failed...

hitting a tree is one thing....
hitting a hydrant makes an investigation necessary

Words from Tiger:

“The only person responsible for the accident is me,” Woods said. “My wife, Elin, acted courageously when she saw I was hurt and in trouble. She was the first person to help me. Any other assertion is absolutely false.”

This is Tiger trying to get the press off his back.

He is notorious for keeping a strict lock and key on his personal life. Hell, I read in one of the articles that he named his yacht "Privacy".

How fast to you have to be going to take that SUV and stick a fire hydrant and a tree in it like that. That thing looks trashed.

No wonder she used the rear entry to get in, haha.

Nothing like trying to hide! This will not make the story disappear but likely allows time for bruises/cuts to heal.

Tiger Woods has canceled plans to attend his own golf tournament in California because of injuries he suffered near his Florida home early Friday, the pro golfer said in a statement Monday.

This is great (turn sound off, it is in Chinese anyway), China news report and animation of Tiger-gate. Too bad they don't know the difference between a Ford Windstar and a Cadillac SUV.

Yes - I read that one of his ho's said that sometimes they had group sex with other men and Tiger had bi-sexual encounters....
WTF Tiger....In a twisted way, I kind of admired him up until this....

The round mound of rebound probably encouraged him. If these stories are true I have lost a lot of respect for him. Why even get married if you are going to do that stuff. I know he is human and it happens to a lot of people but I would loose respect for them too.

I agree, temptation is everything, but you credibility, which was one of his major marketing advantages, is definitely lost .
Many endorsements are at stake, what was he thinking and who the hell does he travel with that wouldn't advice him to be more prudent at a minimum.
Freaking A-Rod of golf now.

Marriage is a commitment and a confirmation of that commitment is your word spoken during the ceremony. If you can't keep your word even to your wife, who else can't you keep your word too.

I love this stuff. Who cares. He's got enough money to never have to work again and pay off 3 wives if he wants to. He doesn't need anymore endorsements and so what if they pull him from their products. I personally enjoy watching him play and am happy now if there is a chink in his armour that may give some opportunities to some other guys on the fringe of beating him. I don't condone cheating and will think less of him for that. I just hope the wife and his kids get all the support they need and if they work it out it's up to them.
