Didn't see the tape but I think it is crazy that they allow someone to submit video or call in and then penalize a player after the fact.

Photog was a subcontractor to the network. An extra eye on the course, not just someone paparazzi following Woods around. The last time he did something a viewer called the honchos at NBC and informed them of the rule violation, and they in turn inform the rules official at whatever tournament it was and he got called on it.

Golf is one of the last vestiges on earth where honesty still counts.
