I used it a ton , never had any real issues with it and you can't beat the $30.00 charge from Shimano for the overhaul. But it will now be a plugging reel , I was using it for everything including jigging 4-6oz all night for alot of nights. Maybe it was too much on it , but for the $$ I wouldn't expect it to have to be overhauled majorly every year.
