This is very interesting because I'm having a custom done this winter. Clogston, was it the 1201m you dont like for sluggos? Would the 1201L be a better choice for that application?

I fish both sluggos and eels alot often in the same night, and I would like a rod that could do both fairly nicely.

I don't like 10' rods for sluggos, too heavy for how I like to fish them. the 1201m casts sluggos fine, as does the 1201L. the 1081m fishes sluggos great IMO.
