Well dave, not everyone is an expert who has caught and seen many large bass, and only a few were even aware of the size of Piemma. If it had been Flaptail holding that fish , and the angle was better with the fish displayed to show the girth, I would have gotten it within a pound or 2 I bet. But you got to see it in 3 dimensions, HUGE difference there seeing it in person. Hard to tell how long the fish is from that shot. A picture on the computer is completely different than in person and I think you know that. Maybe that was Paul's point of the thread.

either way that is a nice fish!! congrats man!

yeah, it's hard to tell from pictures, although I seem to be decent at eyballing fish caught on TV!
