How would you approach this spot?
Okay, so I have been practicing swimming at the Y with my 40 ft aluminum ladder, in my wetsuit, so I think I can make it out to that far off rock. I still have not figured out how to A. Open the ladder B. extend the ladder and C. climb the ladder as the water is 20+ ft deep there and the "atoll" i want to fish off is 35ft off the water . I really don't want to skish.
How would you fish this spot if you came across it?
There is an award for whoever can guess this spot.

Me. I read an article about a couple who were walking the beach in Oregon. He took his girlfriend to Proposal Rock and they stood on the rock. As he was on his knee, a wave came and swept her off the rock. He survived. Guess it wasn't meant to be. |

Close enough. It is from Trinidad CA, couple hundred miles north of Big Sur. Wish it was on east coast.
