Their are certain land marks on Squantum that they cannot go past.
I think it's a radio tower if I remember right and it's out from the start of the mooring field.
How close where they to the mooring field?
A call to the Environmental Police will give you this information and I am sure they would love to pay them a visit !!
There are numerous places in the harbor they are restricted from.
