RIJIMMY sick of bluefish iTrader: (1) Join Date: Aug 2003 Location: TEXAS Posts: 8,672	as a side note for inspiration - last April I was 227, today 176. 38 inch waist to a 33. Dropped the bulk of the weight in 5 months. Ran 2 miles 5 times a week, cut out carbs, ate lots of vegs and meat. Snacked on nuts. I cant tell you how great I feel.
