fwiw I'm always friendly to yakkers and it's usually returned. Love seeing them pull a big slob out from underneath if I ask how they are doing.
Man that would be fun.

I have run into the occasional that thinks they are more privileged to be on the same waters. And I have also played chicken (not on purpose) with a yakker or two when I did not see them. They'll be damned if they move though.

this thread was obviously a joke and maybe an attempt (successful) to push some buttons, but it also raises a good question on what is appropriate to coexist.

let's all not take ourselves so seriously as long as no one is getting hurt. Pretty sure boat guys take it on the chin more than any other group on this site.
