Anyone know where he's weighing his fish? After seeing this and the picture of his 55# I know I've been going to the wrong scale!

Its on the Onthewater page, Greg wieghed that fish in at 55lbs and won the month with it. Has 3 60lbers this year including the 69 on thf beginning of this thread!! Awesome right!?

you know CH you are a respected bass fisherman, but if you are trying to throw stones at another fisherman in the OTW tournament, make a frigging accusation, don't pussyfoot around trying to "see what others" think... otherwise it looks like sour grapes about the guy who is poised to win the Angler of the year for OTW
** caveat, I have no frigging clue who this Greg person is. this thread is just internet crap and furthers my point why I don't enter tournaments like this, it really brings out the worst in a lot of otherwise nice, respectable anglers** |

It looks like sour grapes due to the possibility Myerson's alleged 68 or 69 pounder may knock off the 67# fish caught from CH's boat for striper of the year or other bragging rights..can't be a coincidence this post was started...I can't think of any other reason unless these guys simply dislike each other...
Face it, there's probably more super sized fish being recorded this year than at any time since the late 70's-early 80's. 
There's been double digit numbers of 60# plus fish taken that I know of, and perhaps many more off the radar. What this means is there's(obviously) a large availability of real big fish, which means many people will be landing and recording them(in addition to CH).
This(big fish glut) doesn't lessen anyone's accomplishments or necessitate cheap shots via internet postings....you still have to get out there and put the effort in...there's obviously many people able and willing to do it. |
