carl , it they let me. i would get the stuffed owl decoy, a crow call and my 12guage and take care of the crows in one day ,no sweat.... also black birds and robins and seagulls and the tweetie birds too, after a 12pack of bud. o ya the coyoto's too !!!! save the plover. and the seals......let gods decided
