It is with heavy heart that we must pass on the following news.Please join us in remembering a great icon from the Entertainment community. The Pillsbury Doughboy died yesterday of a yeast infection and complications from repeated pokes in the belly. He was 71. Doughboy was buried in a lightly greased coffin.
Dozens of celebrities turned out to pay their respects, including Mrs. Butterworth, Hungry Jack, the California Raisins, Betty Crocker, the Hostess
Twinkies and Captain Crunch.
The grave site was piled high with flours. Aunt Jemima delivered the eulogy
and lovingly described Doughboy as a man who never knew how much he was kneaded. Doughboy rose quickly in show business, but his later life was
filled with turnovers. He was not considered a very smart cookie, wasting much
of his dough on half-baked schemes. Despite being a little flaky at times, he still, as a crusty old man, was considered a roll model for millions.
Doughboy is survived by his wife, Play Dough, two children, John Dough and
Jane Dough, plus they had one in the oven. He is also survived by his elderly father, Pop Tart.
The funeral was held at 3:50 for about 20 minutes.

As I read the short story about “Dolly” the cloned sheep, all kinds of thoughts on the subject of cloning came to my mind.
Is cloning right or wrong? I felt cloning has its place in the marine world.
I went on a search of this subject by going to the Internet and finding others views on this controversial and sometimes heated debate. I asked friends of mine what there views were on cloning fish to bring back the numbers of the now depleted stocks of marine life.
Well to my surprise ten of these salty, weather worn, professional fishermen, with years of experience who witnessed the numbers of fish being caught every year by the commercial draggers, from different countries, participated in an online poll the results of the poll were split, six for cloning and four against it. The four fisherman that seen it not necessary to clone
There reasoning being was that Mother Nature is doing a good job with replenishing our waters. The government of different countries is not putting the quotas for the harvest of fish low enough so the over fished breeds can rejuvenate. It is not mans job to fool around with the environment we live in it is our job to preserve it by any means possible. The five other people that answered this poll had the same feeling I had cloning would fix the problem quick but there are so many unanswered questions on this subject we should proceed with caution. Until we research and see what the consequences would be of genetically altering the ocean environment no we should not clone.

Now i still drink beer (actually ALE) and enjoy it but generally i do it at home when i wont be driving or in some other circumstance when i wont be driving as in having a designated driver. Having to LIVE after hurting another person because you were drunk is a very hard thing to "live with" not to mention the serious trouble you'll be into.. all for saying ...yeah i'll have one more.Drink responsibly when you do get the legal right to consume alcohol in any form. ok:) nuff said....

missing link...i never want to read you saying that....just imagine 2 years from now same time/ same place....you got peer pressured into having one to many at a friends house not meaning to....the blue lights are flashing behind you and your just about to get a DUI (driving under the influence) loss of license 120 days and you cant take your boat to the water now....all because of drinking...the cops taking his sweet A$$ time walking up to your drivers window and the seconds seem like hours and your sweating bullets knowing theres no way you'll pass the breatherlizer test or the sobriety test and you know you've just ->destroyed your opportunity to going fishing now.... FFFFF you'll be saying over and over as the cuffs go on....the terrible sound of the jail door closing with a slam and then the most awful phone call to make home to get bailed out and the shame and disgrace of getting busted and going to jail,court ,(FINES)and in the doghouse too.
So remember this little SCENARIO ok? when and if you get conned into drinking by others that dont love fishin like you do ....

Hey I'll try to get by with the boat, don't know what time the sea trial is yet but ,matt and myself will do a drive by for sure.
I'll be working 24 hrs straight on fri. , big concrete pour for bridge footings I volunteered for fri. the pour goes all weekend.
Work then PLAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! oh ya must put fishfinder in when I get her home ( tips welcome) then sunday I'll hit the H2O

just so you'll know i'm an expert with fiberglass & repairs!

well other members of my family were, and so i helped alot

i rebuild engines: just because i can... i have a real strong mechanical apptitude you might say...

i'd go camping in the moutains and yank my VW engine and rebuild it on the picnic table and then throw it back in..ha ha!

as a kid, anytime i got christmas toys i had to disassemble them and then rebuild them just for fun...

i love the smell of fiberglass resin in the mornin.... lol

rather than not having a pre- plan....and to keep from going nuts in anticipation... figure out your system where you will have everything stored away or accessible from bait and cutting boards to raingear and/or coolers. draw out the deck and start making a list of gear and accessories you'll want with you onboard. Nows the time to do any maintenace to gear rather than after you get out on the water. RIGHT? :)

I am i'm going nuts. One way to show that is today i made my driving instructor let me drive by the boat in the yard. I cant wait to get it!!! Once shes home i'm going to like live on her! I dont know what to do with myself for the next 3 days!!! Also i just watched the weather and they say its going to rain on sat.!!! and thats the day of our seatrial. I dont think they will cancel it do you?

Raven, Me and my Mom got my dad the new chart book ( purple top). We no the way out of our boat ramp really good than from there it's free sailing lol. My dad says ''lets go in that little cove'' i'm like '' i dont think so... that looks like some rocks overs there''. Not taking any chances in the new boat!!! I just cant wait to get that thing...Me and my dad will be going to fallriver RMV to get a new plate for the trailer. Than we will prob bring it to G&S so they might be able to get it out on the water fri caz it's going to rain all weekend to who knows when !!!:af: well this web site keeps me sane!!!

ya if the new boat was here.....we founda 1x 1 1/2 inch scrape in the gel coat down to the glass on the transom. so we will be getting it back today. Emotional Needs

A man and woman are getting all snugly in bed.

Well i would rather work with me hands than with my brain. I have great hand eye coordination, i can play the drums... I dont mind being a dishwasher, or being a slave boy at a boat yard or bait shop, really anything i went to some local places today , and I will try again tommrow but really i dont mind what i do.
